The Pedimento Empresarial system includes a data entry module for freely reproducible certificates of origin, known as “soft certificates.” These certificates are used to obtain preferential tariff treatment and must be completed and signed solely by the exporter or producer of the goods.

  • USMCA (T-MEC)
  • Mexico – Israel
  • Mexico – Chile
  • Mexico – Central America
  • CPTPP - (TIPAT)
A. Automate the entry of freely reproducible certificates of origin ("soft certificates"), which do not require validation by the competent authority.
B. Maintain internal control over the freely reproducible certificates of origin issued by the exporter under Free Trade Agreements in which Mexico participates, ensuring compliance with both national and international regulations.
C. Integrate the soft certificates of origin entered into the module into the Foreign Trade Electronic File, so they can be submitted to the competent authority in the event of an origin verification.
