Business Value Manifestation

At IMAR Sistemas, we recognize the ongoing changes in Foreign Trade regulations. In light of recent publications and updates, particularly the modifications to the new Value Manifestation format—where Article 59, Section III of the current Customs Law establishes the obligation for importing companies to submit the Manifestation of Customs Value of their imported goods to the Customs Agency or Broker—this requirement must be fulfilled within 90 days of its publication.

In response, IMAR Sistemas introduces the new VALUE MANIFESTATION System.

The Business Value Manifestation module enables all clients using either this system or the full version of the PEDIMENTO EMPRESARIAL platform to create, sign, manage, track, and download the new Value Manifestation for all their Foreign Trade operations.
