COVE EMPRESARIAL supports importing/exporting companies, customs brokers, and any business required to register invoices or COVEs on the VUCEM (Single Window) portal.
 This system enables the capture, consultation, and control of e-Documents generated by the authority, which must be used in the pedimento filing process.
 It connects with the PEDIMENTO EMPRESARIAL system, allowing users to consult e-Documents that have already been used in pedimentos and those that remain pending.


 Avoid data loss due to connection or communication issues with the VUCEM portal.

All reports can be viewed on screen or exported to Excel, using filters such as RFC, E-document date, and various other criteria.
The system supports multiple users (with no user limit) and multiple companies — available at no extra cost for all RFCs associated with the same organization.

COVE Empresarial

  • Generates a PDF acknowledgment confirming that the COVE and digitized documents have been registered, received, and processed by VUCEM.
  • Allows COVE data to be entered or imported and sent to VUCEM, receiving the corresponding e-Document in return.
  • Enables registration of PDF documents uploaded directly through the VUCEM portal, along with their corresponding e-Documents.
  • Allows consultation of e-Documents entered in the system via manual entry or import, as well as those registered by customs brokers through the Single Window (VUCEM).
  • Supports importing commercial invoice data via CFD (Digital Tax Receipt), COVE XML, Excel files, .XML, or text (.TXT) formats.
  • Generates a PDF of the “Electronic Value Certificate” issued by VUCEM, which includes all COVE data submitted to the Single Window.
  • Allows entry of the original commercial invoice, regardless of currency or unit of measure, and automatically converts values to pesos and dollars.
  • Print reports with information on the Coves and e-Documents that have been captured and that have been used in a request. Prints reports with details of COVEs and e-Documents that have been captured and used in any pedimento.
  • Exports data for import into other pedimento systems, avoiding the need for duplicate data entry.
